Electrolyte conductive composite was added to electrolytes and other conductive medium ina composite ordinary mortar. This material not only had excellent mechanical properties, but alsohad good electrical conductivity properties. Conductivity was an important aspect of researchingconductive properties of mortar. Electric field was applied to the electrolyte conductive compositespecimens, specimen emit heat, which was applied to indoor heating, melting snow and ice. This paper analyzes the effect of electrolytes on electrical resistivity and strength of themortar; then prepared electrolyte conductive composite specimens, the effect of the conductivemedium and the ratio of the resistivity on electrical resistivity, electing the biggest factor ofaffecting the mortar orthogonal. Finally observed stability of mortar under heating conditions inoptimal mix conductions, observed mortar internal morphology under power. The mainconclusions of the study were as follows:The water.cement ratio, sand cement ratio was an important factor affecting the resistivity, carbon fiber mixed with mortar can greatly reduce the electrical resistivity, when the carbon fibercontent was2‰, the mortar had to meet the requirements of the conductive resistivity. Theexperimental data show that when the sand cement ratio was1:3, electrical resistivity dates ofconductive carbon fiber and blank mortar was almost the same, and when the sand cement ratiowas1:1, electrical resistivity had a significant reduction, meet requirements of electrical resistivityof conductive mortar.Electrolyte had the advantage that the electrical resistivity of ion conductor was decreased atelevated temperatures, it can guarantee the stability of the electrical resistivity of the conductivecomposite mortar, and mortar had a significant reduction in electrical resistivity, and do not affectthe compressive strength of mortar, fully applied on non.load.bearing parts of the structure. Testselected chapter as the calcium ion.conductive electrolyte medium content of1%in the number ofthe electrolyte, the water.cement ratio of0.5, meet the electrical properties and mechanicalproperties. The orthogonal elected that the electrolyte was2%, sand cement ratio was1:0.5, watercement ratio was0.5and carbon fiber content was4‰, verification meet resistivity requirements. In each single doped electrolyte, a single doped carbon fiber, electrolyte composite conductivemortar, research resistivity stability suggests that at a given temperature, electrical resistivity ofmortar specimens were relatively stable within a certain temperature range, meet the generalelectric heating and heating requirements. Observe the microstructure of optimal conductions, itfound a stable morphology and structure of concrete had no significant change. Experiments meetthe requirements and laid a theoretical foundation for applied in practical engineering structures.
