The design uses a combination of drilling hydraulic system as the research object,the preliminary design of the hydraulic system and check the system pressure losses,efficiency and performance of the heating temperature, select the appropriate pressure,flow, temperature sensor and alarm module for expert systems collecting receivingelement parameters connected with the PLC via RS-232serial connection.Intelligent control is reflected in the form of short message mobile phone usersand programmable logic controller (PLC) of interactive information, a combination ofremote control drilling machine hydraulic system, including information on thediagnosis and feedback. In this system, the engineering and technical personnel bymeans of SMS messages, send control commands to the short message service center,then forwarded by the short message service center to the GSM wireless datatransmission module (TC35i), information exchange via GSM wireless communicationmodule and PLC, PLC places PDU encoded form data read and write is completed, thefinal realization of the mechanical equipment hydraulic control system according touser instructions.This paper, based on SMS PLC intelligent control system in combination drillingmachine hydraulic system. Involved in the design to the PLC control system, wirelessGSM SMS flowchart. Design main contents include: PLC control circuit design, shortmessage sending program receives processes, process design and engineering alarmmodule equipment hydraulic system diagnostics, control flow design.This topic is designed based on the smart phone control software interface,reflecting the user through the mobile phone software PLC and hydraulic system toachieve short message center as a medium for information exchange intelligent control,engineering and technical personnel to master the equipment running status in realtime and make the necessary operation. The machinery and equipment hydraulic systems and Internet networking trend is the integration of mechanical and electricalcommunication, communication networks based on the GSM issue a preliminaryinquiry in the future.
