| The heating system is an important component of pre-coating laminatingmachine, the properties of machine affects speed and quality of pre-coatinglaminating directly. Besides the traditional experience, to improve the heatingperformance of heating system, mathematical model must be built for further study intheory in order to make optimal design be reality. There are many factors affectheating performance and boundary conditions are complicated too, so it’s difficult tobuild mathematical model, however, it’s also the indispensable step in improvingheating performance. The paper aims at the problem and makes further study, whichhas significant theoretical meaning and application value for improving laminatingspeed and quality of pre-coating laminating machine.The paper focuses on the operating principle and structure of heating devices inShengTian FMY1100pre-coating laminating machine and makes deep analysis.According to heat transfer theory and the comprehensive analysis of heat transfer ofheated roller, the heat transfer model is built, the heat transfer coefficient is confirmedand so are the air circulation coefficient and the input of heat calculation equation ofheating roller. The main factors that is related to pre-coating laminating speed ofpre-coating laminating machine is confirmed and deep analysis of influences fromfactors above on pre-coating laminating speed is made to obtain valuable conclusions.The mathematical model of heat transfer of heating roller in pre-coating laminatingmachine is built based on conservation of energy and heat conduction equation, lots ofexperiments are carried on in manufacturing workshop of ShengTian which verifiesthe reliability of mathematical model and provides theory basis to improvepre-coating laminating speed of pre-coating laminating machine... |
