China is a country of drought and water shortage, it is one of13countries in theworld on lacking of per capita water resources. With the continuous development ofeconomy in our country, on the one hand, water consumption is increasing, on the otherhand,the weak awareness of environment protection and greedy for wealth make waterresource shortage and water pollution become a bottleneck for the sustainabledevelopment of society. The prevention and treatment of water pollution has become aproblem to be solved as soon as possible.Because of high pollution levels and complex water quality components, nitrate dyewastewater has become one of the most difficult industrial wastewater treatment. LiushiTower has made living by protecting fur industry for many years, There were thousandsof Fur nitrate dye factory in the township, they produced a large amount of nitrate dyewastewater every day, due to improper handling, brings a lot of problems for local peopleand ecological environment, Seriously affected the sustainable development of localsociety. In the paper,we choose Liushi Tower Sewage treatment plant as the researchplatform,use CASS+hydrolysis acidification process to Governance sewage. In theprocess, the aim is to inspect the effect of different coagulants to common COD of nitratedye wastewater, Ammonia nitrogen and Total pHospHorus. What’s more, the bestchroma removal solution of nitrate dye wastewater is also as the core content. All theabove aimed at getting a deep research for the debugging and technical transformation ofLiuShiZhen sewage treatment plant. Through more than a year of test and operation, alarge number of engineering data had been accumulated, the effluent water quality ofLiushi Tower sewage treatment plant had been greatly ascend, At the same time, itprovided a reference of nitrate dye wastewater treatment for other areas.In the process of engineering commissioning and technical renovation, combinedwith the actual operation situation of Liushi sewage treatment plant, throughcomprehensive analysis of the deficiencies in the original design, putting forwardingcorresponding solution.: on the ane hand, choosing sludge inoculation to start hydrolysisacidification pool, and making a determination of trace for COD, pH and sludgeconcentration in and out of water in the boot process, in addition, Analyzing the changingprocess of hydrolysis acidification data in the process of start. Test section ws divided into two parts, the first part contracted the effect of threecoagulant (polyaluminium chloride, polyaluminium chloride iron, ferrous sulfate) forCOD removal, comprehensive explores the best proportion, pH and stirring time forpolyaluminium chloride diatomite after dispensing removing ammonia nitrogen and totalpHospHorus; the second part was conducted looking for best Chroma removal solutionof nitrate dye wastewater, in the experiments, compared with activated carbon adsorptionmethod, Fenton reagent method and adding NaOH method, the results showed that withNaOH as coagulant was the best choice for chroma removal.For complex nitrate dye wastewater, CASS+hydrolysis acidification combinationwill be a very competitive process. But it is still important to pay attention to the level ofpHysical and chemical treatment,if the pHysical and chemical treatment and sludgetreatment can be well done, nitrate dye wastewater treatment problem will gradually beovercome.
