| There are a series of atmospheric pollution problems in tamping coke production process. In recent decades, dust and sulfur dioxide pollution of coking industry has been effectively controlled because people’s attention, however, nitrogen oxide pollution did not attract attention. Therefore, nitrogen oxide pollution situation is particularly serious in this industry, nitrogen oxide emission concentration is clearly defined in "coke chemical industry emission standards"(2012) as500mg/m3,the concentration of nitrogen oxides in thermal power industry is required as100mg/m3, there is a large gap between these two, appropriate control measures are not perfect, describe the status of nitrogen oxides control in coking industry is not optimistic.In this paper, the main object of study is a coking enterprise coke oven emissions of nitrogen oxides. Through analysis of the process of tamping coke production process to produce nitrogen oxides, and combined pollutant monitoring data, explain emissions of nitrogen oxides companies today, and propose improvement program and follow-up treatment measures.First, study the mechanism of coke oven gas produced by combustion of nitrogen oxides, analog monitoring period coke production conditions, find out the major factors affecting the produce concentration. Including that:the concentration of the gas containing nitrogen, combustion temperature, excess air ratio, exhaust gas recirculation amount. Second, for each of the factors,through the commissioning of coke oven operation, draw the influence of various factors on the concentration of nitrogen oxide emissions and the best value range. After commissioning, Predict the emission concentration at full production status of nitrogen oxides, still not standard.Therefore, proposed nitrogen oxides end of treatment measures, reduct the emissions. Select a combination of SCR and SNCR technology to get on denitrification, ensure that nitrogen oxides can meet emissions standards. |
