Sunshine is source of the human life and vigours.To make up for the defect of shortage of sunshine,the last hundred years,people discovered a variety of artificial light and it was utilized for human life.Such as the preparation of luminescent fibers, luminescent fiber is widely used in extile and garment,construction and decoration, transportation, aviation and navigation, nightoperations, fire emergency. Light-storing luminescence materials rare earth aluminum salts development and application, make the development of light-storing fiber into a new period, but traditional light-storing fiber is through the blending technology of the preparation of one of its existence light-storing fiber, poor durability, not resistant to wash to equipment damage, the problems, and thus it is urgent to develop two-component light-storing fiber. This study should be commissioned Japanese two-component skin type core PET light-storing fiber spinning technology and testing machine long research and development work. The study includes light-storing muli research and characterization, two-component skin type core PET light-storing fiber spinning system and long test design.Research by capillary flow meter, the differential scanning calorimetry heat meter, the thermogravimetric analyzer discusses the light-storing powder and PET molten blend of the preparation of light-storing muli theological properties, thermal properties and hot stability, using scanning electron microscopy (sem) light-storing powder and the compatibility of PET matrix. The results show that, with the increase of light-storing powder content shear rate and shear viscosity in a linear relationship, storage of light muli thermal stability stable performance meet the requirements, the accumulation of taking10%light muli melting temperature and pure PET basic same, but the crystallization temperature increased38℃, crystallinity increased7.25%, storage of light powder in PET in uniform dispersion matrix, the results of the research for engineering design provides the theory basis and the design basis.
