Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is the currently most commercial valuable Rapid Prototyping(RP) technology, it can transform the3D model into the entity fast and accurately, the system is simple in operation, fast speed, high quality, can be matched with various modeling materials, it is the ideal relationship between product design and development tools. This paper uses Solid Works2010to render3D model, uses the UP!3D printer to print3D model, improve the surface quality of the model by grinding processing, to provide rapid prototyping for making gypsum mold.Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is one of the important branches of RP technology, currently, it is the fastest and wildest used RP technology, SLS has a wild materials selection, the deformation in processing is small, it does not need to design complex support and can directly process products in complex structure, and high precision. This paper accords to the influence of different parameters on the formation of SLS, uses SLS to sinter the polyether ether ketone (PEEK), hydroxyapatite (HAp), calcium phosphate (TCP) and NaCl mixed powder to obtain preformed samples.Rapid Tooling (RT) technology based on rapid prototype model is the technology that uses the RP technology to manufacture mold quickly and conveniently, the molding cycle is short, the process is simple, the cost is low, the precision and life can meet the special needs, the economic return is good, suit for R&D for new products, technical and functional verification and multiple varieties and small batch production. This paper uses the rapid modeling based on RP technology of FDM to turn to gypsum mold, as artificial bone scaffold material processing of high temperature resistant coating.Artificial bone refers to the manufacturing of artificial materials used for bone substitute or fracture fixation material, artificial bone scaffold material is designed to provide a3D scaffold for bone tissue cells, proliferation, and differentiation of cells adhered to, provide the external environment suitable for cell growth.This paper uses recipes uniform design to prepare different formulations of PEEK-HAp-TCP bone scaffold materials, tests the mechanical properties of different formulations of artificial bone scaffolds, selects the suitable proportion to meet demand for different populations bone scaffold by comparing with the mechanical properties of human bones and actual needs.
