Coal is important energy and raw materials, but with the construction and miningof new mine area, mine resources reduce year by year, along with our country economysustainable development, the development of industrial construction, the village scaleexpands unceasingly,“three under” gradually increased the amount of coal, so toimprove coal mining is imperative and the coal filling technology can help to solve theproblem. Filling mining method to solve the “three under” the problem of coal, prolongthe service life of mine, improve the economic benefits, solve the pollution. Howeverthere is a big gap in stability and precision of our filling pulping system and automaticmonitoring system, so are in urgent need of research and development of intelligent,high-precision system of filling pulping and automatic monitoring system.The paper discusses the coal filling technology current situation of domestic andforeign, it introduces process flow of the filling pulping system and it makes the systemequipment selection. For previous filling system of ingredients prepared large error,accuracy, low failure rate is high, the interface problems such as lack of human nature,this paper suggests a high-performance modular peripherals multi-level integration ofcomputer which the core is PLC, it designs the monitoring interface of the fillingpulping system through the WINCC configuration software. Finally this paper bases onthe fuzzy immune PID control technology with the filling process of raw materialingredients error compensation to come true the Ultra-high water filling pulp controlsystem. Practice results show that the designed system of Ultra-high water filling pulpcontrol system improves the accuracy of batching, meets and closes to the actualengineering of high precision, high speed and high intelligent ingredients needed.
