| The servo system of NC lathe is bond between NC devices and lathe, there is noNC Lathe without servo system, servo system is the most important components ofNC lathe, it effects the performance of lathe directly which include dynamiccharateristics, static charateristics and accuracy of CNC lathe. Not only to meet the needs of reducing production costs of manufacturingenterprises, but also transfering manufacturing mode which greatly promoted in ourcountry, and to meet the needs of NC reform to traditional manufacturingequipments, this paper based on reality, by taking CK6140NC lathe, the CA6140NC reformed, made by Shenyang Zhongke Automatic Lathe and Equipment Co.,Ltdunder the study object. All the main contents in this paper are as follows:(1) Analyze and study operational principle and characteristic of servo feedingsystem, by establishing the closed-loop mathmatics model and step responsefunction.(2) According to the principles of mechanical and eletrical design, by the helpof dynamics, so then determin the type of the screw nut and the servo motors, establishing the real mathematic model, and analysis structure error in system, offerthe reasonable reform scheme in the end.(3) Under the enviroment of MATLAB Simulink, the real closed-loopmathematic model of the system would be simulated, by using the method offrequency analysis, the accuracy, stability, robustness and rapidity of the system areanalyzed after reforming。A reforming shceme of the important components ofservo feeding system is given.(4) Design and reform the electrical control part of CA6140universal lathe, which include start-stop and speed control of spindle and NC power driveturret-head by given the ladder diagrams and text language(step ladder instruction),design the whole electrical parts of the lathe.(5) By using of configuration software Force Control, and establish the realtime communication with PLC, remote monitoring and remote reading and writingoperations on PLC. The research results of this article, not only offer managers and engineers ascientific method of reforming the traditional CA6140universal lathe, but also somereferences and experience for reforming the traditional equipments andautomaticintegrated manufacturing to enterprises. |
