The important factors affecting the output of comber combing sliver quality are the scale whenseparating roller starts to rotate clockwisely,noil gauge, the method of the comber feeding cotten andthe length of the comber feeding cotten. This topic research the factors that affect the qualityof combing sliver that output of the combing machine: by setting the different experimentalparameters affecting the output of the combing machine, use the hands rotates the mechine and get thefiber bundle in a working cycle, cut the output of cotton net into2mm, calculation and analysis.The output length of the comber is26.48mm,the cotton net output from the comber issuperposited by fiber bundles. In the cotton net length, different fiber distribution in the cottonnet.Cut cotton net into2mm, get the weight unevenness of the cotton net and the bonding fastnessindex like the bonding layers and the bonding rate of the cotton net.then and comparative analysis.The topic take seven scales when separating roller starts to rotate clockwisely,three noilgauges,two methods of the comber feeding cotten and four lengthes of the comber feeding cotten toexperiment, in order to reduce the experimental error, each set of experimental data were averageof two repeated experiments, according to the formation of cotton nets simulate weight distributioncurve of it, to obvious weight fluctuation in different positions and weight fluctuation range of thecotton nets more intuitively, get the optimized process parameters are used to guide the practicalproduction..The results show that when take the single variable factors as the basis of theexperimental condition, When separating roller starts to rotate clockwisely at0,CV of the cottonnet weight is minimum, Enlarged or reduced the scale when separating roller starts to rotateclockwisely, because the separation roller′s speed is different under the same indexing, the speedof nipper is unchanged,drafting is change, the cotton net weight unevenness is increasing, the cotton web′s quality become bad, the bonding rate and bonding fastness of the cotton net is reduced.Cause the holes of the cotton net in working process at combing machine. Enlarged the noil gauge,the fibrs out of the nipper jew decrased, the end of the cotton net is thin, directly influence theoutput of the fibers of the cotton net work capacity,.When the noil gauge is9.5mm, CV of the cottonnet weight is minimum,the quality of the cotton net is best. When the method of the comberfeeding cotten is back,the length of the fibers out of the nipper jew is larger than the foward, thebonding rate and bonding fastness of the cotton net is large., cotton net is hard to break,Bonding quality is best.When the length of the comber feeding cotten are different, the numberof the fibers out of the jaw have different, the weight of the cotton net is different, CV of the cottonnet weight is different, When the length is4.7mm,CV of the cotton net weight is minimum, thebonding rate is high and the quality of the cotton net is best.
