Horizontal well staged fracturing technology is the principal method to economically andeffectively improve the recovery efficiency of oil field and to exploit oil pool of lowpermeability and low-porosity. Sliding sleeve fracturing works as the key technology ofhorizontal well staged fracturing, and it has very important research significance.Generalization and summarization for the nonlinear theory is required when to maketheoretical research of relevant function used in simulation software ABAQUS. We simulatethe operation by establishing a two-dimensional simplified finite element model using pitch ofdifferent materials with tee of different structures; for the materials, it is chosen based on jobrequirement of sliding sleeve fracturing combined with actual situation.In this paper, on the basis of the established finite element model, we firstly simulate theinfluence of the stress distribution and the X axis displacement in the working process of thepitch and the tee when the ball seat cant different angles, and explore the rule of tee inclineangle and the pitch stress and the X axis displacement. Secondly, we simulate the differenceof stress distribution and displacement of the X axis in the working process of the slidingsleeve and the tee when the ball is in different locations and analyze the influence of thelocation of the pitch ball for the ball and the tee sealing property. Finally, we optimize the teestructure by adding arc ball holder in addition to the original structure, simulate and analyzefour kinds of pitches of different material and structure, and compare and analyze theadvantages and disadvantages of these four kinds of materials for the pitch. According to thesimulation results of ABAQUS, we select representative material and structure combination,process experimental sample, in the meantime, do the pressure sealing experiment of pitchand tee in the high temperature and high pressure oil-immersed laboratory. Pick out theoptimal combination of the pitch and tee comparing the experimental result, the simulationresult and actual demand.
