Research On Comprehensive Control Of Water Injection System In Bailangcheng

Bailangcheng region carried out water injection development in2004, after it crude oil yield increased significantly.But with the deepening of the water injection development work,the water injection system exposed many contradictions,mainly for the water injection process system, serious scaling and corrosion caused by pipeline jam.Using fine water analysis technology, compatibility experiments, bolt experiment, scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrum (EDS), X-ray diffraction and other modern experimental technology, are analyzed in detail the cause and mechanism of scale and corrosion in the study area. Research results show that the current way of sewage disposal points to note, can only prevent scaling on the ground of the clean-up mixed injection and cannot solve the two met in underground water scale; Water injection system is the cause of corrosion caused by corrosion of source water, receiving tank, in addition to the oxygen corrosion and electrochemical corrosion and bacteria corrosion and sulfur ions corrosion is an important corrosion factors.Against corrosion and fouling problem, puts forward a modification was carried out on the water type "with the type of injection allocation" water injection scheme, treated water after retrofit, descaling, and in turn add fungicide THPS40mg/L, and scale inhibitor PASP5mg/L, and H2S corrosion inhibitor50mg/L, due to the synergistic effect between chemical, static corrosion rate of the treated water is0.0028mm/a, water water than0.0528mm/a and the reception of the water tank is0.0631mm/a one order of magnitude smaller, antiscale and corrosion effect completely.
