| This paper is based on the integrated control of recycle hydrogen steam turbine compressor in600,000tons/year continuous catalytic reforming unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company, the process theory of steam turbine compressor is studied. The regulation of monitoring and control of steam turbine compressor is analysed, including the process parameter of monitoring and control, required status parameter of steam turbine compressor, safety stop interlock control, speed adjustment control and automatic start or stop as well as over-speed protection control of the steam turbine compressor, etc. The ITCC system solutions are provided, the software and hardware of ITCC are designed. The integrated control of steam turbine compressor is applied in continuous catalytic reforming unit.In the process of ITCC project, the integrated control of steam turine compressor is accomplished through integrating multiple functions such as monitoring and control system, speed adjustment system, process control system and ESD system into one reliable TMR control system. The connection and communication frequency as well as failure rate between seperated system are reduced significantly, long term maintenance cost is lowerd, more friendly monitoring and control interface are provided, emergency shutdown of the unit is also deduced. The safety and steady control process of unit is guaranteed, shutdown loss and environment pollution are also lowered. The integrated control of steam turbine compressor is the new control and monitoring method in large compressor with obvious advantages. |
