The dust cloud minimum ignition energy is the minimum energy which can just ignite dust and arouse explosion under the most sensitive dust concentration, it is one of the important standard to measure dust cloud explosion fatalness, and used to descripte the ignition sensibility of dust cloud. This article is aimed to realize the accuracy control of the spark discharge energy of dust minimum ignition energy and data processing.At the present time, the method in the measurement field of dust cloud minimum ignition energy is taking the store energy of capacitance as the scale, then use this energy to measure the ignition energy of dust, but there are many interference signals in the circuit, such as stray capacitance and stray induction, which lead to the actual discharge energy greatly different with the theoretic energy and reduce the accuracy of measurement. In this article, a sort of energy releasing control system of rectangular wave spark generator is used to realize the accuracy control of dust cloud minimum ignition energy. The energy level is controlled in the range of1J to100J and the acquisition data is processed. This system enhances the accuracy of measurement results and also can change the energy input rate during the discharge process. So it has great actual significance for dust explosion parameter measurement field.This subject focuses on the design of spark discharge energy measurement and control system, accomplishing equipment research and development, along with correlative experiment. The main work is as follows:(1) Designing the schematic of spark accuracy discharge measurement and control system, setting up the hardware experiment platform to carry out correlative experiment, and optimizing the circuit at the same time to enhance the reliability of the whole system.(2) Setting up the simplest circuit of minimum ignition energy and surveying the actual discharge energy.(3) Using the existing equipment to survey the actual discharge energy of lOmJ and its below of dust cloud minimum ignition energy, comparing with setting value in theory and the discharge energy of simplest circuit and analyzing the error. (4) Compile the automatic control program and design human computer interaction interface.(5) Using matlab and C#’s mixed programming to realize the design of digital lowpass filter and accomplish the data processing of minimum ignition energy.(6) Through the experiment of minimum ignition energy of dust cloud, the ignition influence of the different energy input rate is measured.
