| Template method is an efficient means for the fabrication of the ordered materials, the lyotropic liquid crystal template from self-assembly surfactants have received much attention in recent years. The surfactants used to from the lyotropic liquid crystal template are low-cost. The process of preparation and the involved technologies can be artificially adjusted and controlled. So lyotropic liquid crystal template has great significance for the development of preparation and application of the ordered materials.Based on the hexagonal lyotropic liquid crystal templating method, photopolymerizable assembly and composite were studied. The main work was as follows:First, studied the non-ionic surfactant molecules-polyoxyethylene cetyl ether (Brij@C10)/deionized water systematically, prepared hexagonal lyotropic liquid crystal template. The template was characterized by polarized light microscopy (POM), small angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) and rheometer.Second, built photopolymerizable assembly based on hexagonal lyotropic liquid crystal template. Studied the quaternary system:Brij@C10, H2O, photopolymerizable acrylate monomer-polyethylene glycol-PEG (400) DA, photoinitiator. The photopolymerizable assembly with a hexagonal phase structure was characterized by polarized light microscopy, small angle X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and others.Third, the formation and characterization of polymer/Ag composite were studied. Silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The composite morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. Electrical conductivity was characterized by a four probe. It is expected to be further applied in electronic devices by improving the process to raise the conductivity of the polymer/Ag composite. |
