Field intensity distribution as an important microcosmic physical parameters of highfrequency electromagnetic field has an significant effects on the dehydration of high frequencyelectromagnetic field. In this paper, through the experiment and simulation, systematicallystudy the field intensity distribution how to effect the dehydration of high frequencyelectromagnetic field.Firstly, using the flat and coaxial of processing capacitor to experiment, get therelationship between dehydration rate and voltage and capacitor structure (field direction)under different voltage and structure (field direction); and through uniform trial design, researching the relationship between dehydration rate and voltage under different moisturecontent and irradiation time.Secondly, using comsol software to creat finite element model calculates the fieldstrength of emulsion under different voltage and capacitor structure (field direction).Thirdly, using the experimental results with the calculated field strength values, fit theempirical formula of dehydration rate and field strength values. Finally, comparing the calculation of the micro-emulsion mathematical mode withexperimental data, analyse the field intensity distribution how to effect the dehydration of highfrequency electromagnetic field from the point of view of temperature field.Through the study of this article show that the field intensity distribution of highfrequency electromagnetic field exists an significant influence on dehydration.Under theeffect of high frequency electromagnetic field, with the increase of emulsion field intensityvalue, the dehydration effect is improved obviously, but the internal electric field intensity ofemulsion is unfavorable and exorbitant, otherwise easy to cause the droplets generateelectricity dispersion phenomenon, or gasification, leding to the decrease of the dehydrationrate. Within the different structure of capacitor, the field strength of emulsion is equal to thesize of the cases, demulsification dehydration efficiency obvious difference, and the electricfield distribution more uniform, dehydration effect is relative to the worse...
