With the deepening development of oilfield,the proportion of low permeability reservoir inoilfield development accounted growing. Low permeability reservoirs with poor reservoirproperties and low well production make development difficult and costly and difficult-stable.Maling Oilfield is located in Yishan slope of Ordos Basin,southwestern part of the southwestdeposition system, is typical of the western low permeability oil fields. Based on the study ofreservoir characteristics,through the law on the status of research and development field,fromthe microscopic properties of the reservoir、physical electrical parameters、water drive reservoirengineering factors and other aspects of the situation of the main factors affecting the stableproduction were analyzed,and finally from the well density、water inject intensity、pressuresystems and the development of indicators for technical analysis of existing development policy,concludes oil production adjustment measures appropriate to provide a basis for stabledevelopment of the study area.Maling Oilfield Chang8reservoir in the study area developed of fine-grained lithicfeldspathic sandstone-dominated and high interstitial content. Pore types mainly in intergranularpores;pore structure in the hole fine throat mainly relatively good reservoir properties;lowviscosity of the fluid reservoir,reservoir sensitivity overall weak performance of the overallweak wettability lipophilic. By comparison to other similar low permeability reservoirs,theevaluation of the study area and more developmental class Ⅱ B reservoir,reservoir conditionsin general. The current development of poor results,well productivity is far lower than theintegrated value, the larger the percentage of inefficient wells. The main contradiction facing thenetwork as well imperfect injection corresponds poor.In this paper, improving development effectiveness, improving and stable perspective forthe study area Maling Oilfield were analyzed systematic, comprehensive and objectiveevaluation of the effects of oil field development and basic contradictions currently facing. Thispaper has always been difficult and hot issues facing low-permeability reservoir developmentresearch and discussion,based on actual production,the project comes from the production ofthe final application to field development and production practices to guide the production. For specific geological and reservoir characteristics and the actual production of the study area,Maling Oilfield presented relatively more reasonable production technology policy adjustmentprograms.
