| With the increasingly prominent petroleum problems, the probability of reliability is more important to the equipment of oil exploitation. Sucker rod is the main components that link the pumping unit and the oil pump and so once fracturing will give oilfield caused great loss. Service condition of sucker rod is the asymmetric cycle load and the corrosive medium role and40%of sucker rod breaking is due to corrosion pit. The affect of different degree of corrosion on the remaining life of sucker rod is different and different oil wells have different maintenance cycle. So it is wrong viewpoint that the corrode sucker rod is must not used. There is no a standard to determine the degree of different corrosion sucker rod can be used or not. So that has many practical implications to confirm this standard. This topic through the many related literature at home and abroad, offer the method to confirm this standard. Through the Matlab image processing method extract the morphology information of pit corrosion. It establish the model of the pit corrosion in tow ways through Reverse Engineering and summarizes the mathematical model between factor of stress concentration and characteristic parameter of the corrosion pit through the simulation and analysis and data processing method. According to the fracture mechanics related theory, this paper analyses the pit corrosion with the residual life of sucker rod. |
