21st century witnessed the significant advance of the application of micro-seism monitoring technique in all kinds of mines around the world and most of the researches emphasize on deep well mine underground pressure and coal mine gas, however, it is rare to monitoring the mine rock mass stability and transmogrification territory of the open-pit to underground mine by micro-seism monitoring system.Shirengou iron mine is the forerunner in mines that started shifting from open-pit to underground mining in china. In this mine, there are many technical problems which are complicated and difficult to solve. Subsidized by transition from open-pit to underground mining technology research (the National11th Five-year Technical Program), using Shirengou iron open-pit to underground mining as the research background, the paper establishes a microseism monitoring system of the open pit mining of open pit to underground stope high steep slope, interface layer and underground mine rock mass stability and transmogrification territory, using Canada ESG company’s microseism monitoring system (24channels) and Dalian Mechsoft company’s mine microseism monitoring analysis software. The data is sent to microseism analysis center by wireless intranet, for exchange of data between microseism monitoring system and three-dimensional stress analysis system. A safety monitoring system with monitor, controlling and management is formed, which is highly information-based and intellectualized. Shirengou iron microseism monitoring system can accomplish real-time monitoring the ground pressure activities of open-pit slope, monitor the open-pit slope, open-pit to underground mining interface layer failure process of rock masses and underground pressure activities in anytime, send early warning message and forecast the danger area, give guidance and instructions to the underground mine in order to get a goal of safety producing, and make contribution to digital mine. This paper proposes a processing scheme of the slope outside17#exploration line backfilling station, the evaluation of the mine rock mass stability and transmogrification territory by using the microseism monitoring information and the RFPA analysis method, and proposed methods.
