| With the increasing of gathering pipeline network reliability, the pipe network ismore and more complex and the running of pipe network is more and more difficult inthe production process of natural gas. Therefore, as to the different accidentconditions, the regulation scheme should be chosen cautiously.Datianchi block is a major component of Chongqing Gas Field gatheringpipeline network. Whether it could operate reliably or not has a significant impact onthe entire block production and gas processing. In this paper, the current maturetechnology TGNET pipe network simulation software is used. Combined withDatianchi block running conditions and adjusting conditions, a simulation model isestablished. With this model, the changing of parameters is simulated in differentaccident conditions such as pipeline leakage and supply shortage. The regulationschemes are proposed for different working conditions. Through the comparativeanalysis of regulation schemes predicted results, the most reasonable regulationscheme is determined in different leakage and air supply conditions. At the same time,the change of pipe network working conditions caused by regular maintenance issimulated. Through the simulations of parameters changing in three different locations,a regulation scheme is proposed that is suitable for the purification plant.Through the study of this paper, the variation of the operating parameters is clearwhen the pipe network accident conditions change. The predictability and specific ofthe regulation scheme are increased greatly. The reliability, rationality and economyof pipe network running are improved significantly. |
