| As more and more high to the requirement of precise blasting in recent years, the development of initiating explosive device is changing, the demand for rigid electricity lead fusehead is becoming more and more.Many scientific and technical workers have done a lot of researching work and improved for electricity lead fusehead, but there are some deficiencies. In this paper, according to the principle of the design of the rigid electric lead fusehead, we made different ratio formula, through experiments to explore the best recipe.We chose the amino picric acid sodium and sublimed sulfur as additive, alcoholic nitrocellulose as binder, combined with red lead and boron powder, on the basis of the binary mixture design ratio of1~4, four different recipe. Through testing the electric ignition parameters of rigid electric lead fusehead, compared with industrial electric detonator GB8031-2005standard, get No.3for best recipe. Then made of3formula powder and stored for a week, two weeks, a month. According to the study of the granularity of different storage time of medicament, scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermal analysis test to detect the physical and chemical properties change in order to analyze the storage performance of the formula. The following conclusions:1) Adding a small amount of sulfur powder in the formula can increase the ignition ability of powder and reduce the maximum safety and minimum ignition current. But adding too much sulfur powder will inhibit ignition function, causing the minimum ignition and maximum safety current increasing and making the formula touch.2) According to testing the seconds of the rigid electric lead powder, we found the seconds, the poor value and the standard deviation of No.3is the smallest, No.4is the biggest. Adding sulfur powder to the formula can reduce the seconds of ignition fusehead and improve the combustion precision. When there are too much sulfur powder, they have the opposite effect and reduce the combustion precision.3) Along with the increasing of storage time, mixed with air will form a layer of oxide film on the surface of powder. At the same time the moisture in the air can also lead to drug particles agglomeration and increase the particle size. But because the ingredient does not dissolve in water and do not absorb moisture, its growth is slow and the impact is small.4) According to analyzing the heat weightlessness of the powder in storage time, we found the weight loss rate changed little and there is a good chemical stability of storage. |
