Alkyl boronic acid derivatives have many applications in the field of medicine andparticipate in cross-coupling reaction as intermediates, which is an important class ofcompounds. The conventional synthetic methods for these compounds was alkyl lithiumreagent or alkyl magnesium compound react with a suitable boron reagent, and in recentyears a number ofsynthetic methods that catalyzed bytransition metal catalysis havebeen developed. Although significant progress for preparing alkyl acid derivatives hasbeen made, the reaction conditions are relatively harsh. With high catalytic activity, goodrecyclingactivity and mild reaction conditions, nano-catalysts have wide application inmany reactions in recent years. So we intended to develop a method for the preparationof alkyl acid derivatives under mild conditions catalyzed by Cu2Onanoparticles.In the first chapter, we introduced some methods for synthesis of alkyl acid and itsderivatives catalyzed by transition metal. Including, hydroboration of olefins; the C-Hborylation of alkane; the β-borylation of α,β-unsaturated ketones and the borylation ofalkyl halides and pseudohalides with double boron reagents. And in the second chapter,we introduced the preparation and application of Cu2O nanoparticles in organicreactions. In the third chapter,we prepared Cu2Onanoparticlesbased on the previous reports, and then the catalyst is applied to theborylation of alkyl halidesto synthesis alkyl acidderivatives. The experimental results showed that in the absence of ligand the reactioncan be carried out smoothly, the catalyst can be recycled and the substrate scope of theborylation alkyl halides is very wide.
