This paper makes a research on the design and implementation of Shanxi CBM sewage treatment control system, which is used to deal with the coalbed methane liquefaction process in the discharge of the effluent to ensure the safety of nearby residents living water.Since the sewage treatment process involves a large number of devices and device, usually need to be set with parameter acquisition and automatic control functions of the monitoring sites and a range of signal acquisition, control equipment, the working status of each device is monitored, and according to pre-set programs for sewage treatment equipment to automate the control of the work. The current sewage treatment system between the various monitoring sites are independent of each other, need to operate the equipment inspections are carried out regularly, so the on-site disposal of emergency situations is also limited by the frequency of manual inspection can’t ensure timely emergency situations operation.To solve this problem, this paper focused on the sewage treatment process control system to study full use of computer technology, network technology, database technology, information technology, has a high practical value to provide a sewage treatment control system software design, including system the functional architecture and the detailed design of each module, the detailed design of the database, the detailed design of network communication protocols. Based on the designed control system can achieve real-time operating personnel monitoring parameters and parameter control functions, but also use the database to record and manage the parameters to facilitate the analysis of the late backtracking. The designing of the program not only provide the basis for subsequent software implementation, but also be able to provide references related to software development teams. Meanwhile, in this study the full use of computer technology, database technology and. NET Framework technology and finalized an integrated set of network communication functions, system parameters monitoring, monitoring site management capabilities, and user access management and user rights management and other functions software systems. The system can support the operator in a remote spot on the sewage treatment process information for real-time monitoring, and according to the operating parameters of the equipment needed for manual intervention. The design of software systems based on B/S structure, which each remote client can be accessed directly through the browser, not only easy to install and deploy the system, but also ease of system maintenance during use.
