The annular cutter with increasing cutting speed, improve the processing ofregional conditions advantages, has been widely concerned by scientific researchinstitutions and manufacturing enterprises.What mostly used for car is Cr12MoV diesteel, after quenching the hardness is HRC50-65.when Milling high hardness, lowthermal conductivity and heat concentrated cutting hardened steel, milling forcegrow with the increase in proportion to the depth of cutting, with the accumulation ofthe cutting heat wear becomes serious. the surface of the workpiece is greatlyadverse effects, reduced the cutting efficiency. These problems are often associatedwith the performance of milling cutter, this paper will study on the design of the newcutter and preparation over the car cover mold processing quality assurance:On the basis of the mold milling theory, in order to achieve car cover moldprocessing high quality as the goal, compared the cutting edge structure of the doublearc large feed annular cutter with ball mills and annular cutter cutting edge structure.study the cutting edge of chip thickness, cutting feed rate, the effective contact lengthof the cutting edge, Establish mathematical models of the large double arc feedannular cutter cutting edge,constructed for grinding tracks provide basic research.Due to the angle design conditions of the annular cutter of double arc largefeed, establish a coordinate at any point over the profile of the cutting edge. Withthe relationship of the coordinate transformation deduced the grinding trajectoryequation of the groove of the annular cutter of double arc large feed. And introducethe cutter constraints about grinding then make a simulation study on the double arclarge feed annular cutter over the num platform. Verify the reliability and validity ofthe preparation step.For questions that when grinding the nonstandard cutter which is difficult toguarantee the smooth transition connection of the cutting edge and the poor accuracy of the flank grinding. Study the Different influence of deformation of the grindingwheel for grinding precision. Propose compensation method of the grinding wheeland applied to the preparation processing of the annular cutter of double arc largefeed. Solving the difficult problem of blade-shaped smooth connections andproblems which is difficult to guaranteewhen use the single factor of the cutting experiments in milling to evaluate thedouble arc large selection annular cutter feed milling hardened steel molds.Basedon the results of cutting force, the surface quality assessment indicators of theworkpiece, Reveals the double arc annular cutter has a large feed cutting efficiencyin ensuring the premise to improve surface quality advantages of the workpiece.
