The whole length of Yao Gan connecting line is about80km. During the process of theconstruction in2009the project design has been adjusted, the whole Yao Gan connecting line isstopped after finishing the49km pipeline construction between Ganquan and Nanniwan.In2011the company adjusted the original design ideas, continuing the construction of the29kmpipeline from Chuankou to Nanniwan. The diameter of the pipe is adjusted from DN350toDN200, and the design throughput is changed from2.55million tons to1.35million tons.Hence the design throughput of the constructed Guanquan to Nanniwan is too large, whichleads to the low throughput run state for a long time during operation, after the production ofthe safe operation of pipeline and a great economic benefit. There are great problems is theaspect of the safe operation of the pipeline and the economic benefit. This paper mainlyestablishes the simulation model through the analysis of the oil transmission physical property.The simulation under different working condition for the safe and economic transportationtemperature is performed, and108transportation schemes are given. The related accidenttreatment measures based on the transmission scheme are also discussed.
