| Tailings reservoir is an important part of productive mine, which is used to restoretailings ore in mineral processing. Recently, there are many accidents of tailings reservoir athome and abroad. It affected normal production and healthy development of mine enterprise,as well as the safety and property of people, and brought about d amage to the ecologicalenvironment. So it is particularly vital to improve tailings pond safety monitoring. However,tailings reservoir monitoring system has still used relatively wired communication at present,especially when extreme weather occurs, the traditional tailings monitoring system cannotwork because of data communicate system being palsied, that it is difficult to play thefunction of monitoring system. In order to improve reliability and security of the tailingson-line monitoring system, the tailings data communication system based on Wireless MeshNetworks has superiority compared to other wireless networks can ensure that the key datatimely uploads, it can gain time for emergency command to deal with tailings risk. The thesismainly contains the following aspects:(1) According to using experience of tailings dam safety monitoring system, the analysisof demand was carried out monitoring system and the characteristic of main monitoringobject was expatiated. The performance contrast analysis between Wireless Mesh Networksand other wireless networks, and the analysis of demand was carried out communicatesystem.(2) Firstly, design of the tailings pond safety monitoring system of WSN was putforward in the thesis, both hardware components and software protocols were researched, anew tree network topology was raised. Through simulation experiments had showed that thestructure could deduce the energy of wireless nodes and prolong network lifetime.(3) Those requirements and routing algorithms were detailed. Then the wireless Meshnetwork transmission path and the shortest path analysis was conducted Wireless networkrouting was designed. The algorithm of cross-layer design principles and non-uniform clusterstructure was applied. Through simulation experiments had showed that HREE algorithmcould share layers of information and improve reliability of communication systems.(4) The WSN network of tailings pond safety monitoring system was on basis of theresearch and design of soft hardware. The function of modular design idea was adopted, tailings pond monitoring communication system was divided into different functionalmodules, such as power supply module, wireless network receiver module, signal acquisitionmodule, serial communication module and so on.. The communication system of hardwaremodules of lightning deal was done.(5) The monitoring communication system was introduced in a practical tailings pondproject application. The test results showed that the monitoring communications system hadstability of performance and reliable safety. |
