High energy consumption and low efficiency crushing technology is widely used in Mining,metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials.etc basic industry, one—sidedness of the threecrushing theory based on granularity mainly is unable to reasonably calculate crushing energyconsumption required, the core of problem saving energy in crushing field is still fully to analysiscrushing energy currently. While using the traditional ways of crushing machinery because of itslow energy utilization, caused a lot of energy waste, according to statistics, used for crushing andgrinding power consumption more than10%of the world’s total power consumption, hence theneed to develop new energy-efficient crushing and grinding technology. Combines vibrationtechnology and mechanical crushing technology effectively, can make the smaller input energy toobtain better crushing efficiency. Because of some effectiveness of vibration load on the rockcrushing and specifies of loading way, thus, the vibration crushing energy research will haveimportant scientific significance for the crushing energy used effectively and high capacitycrushing equipment developed.This research mainly on the basis of vibration crushing experiments, to the materialcharacteristic parameters, the broken process parameters and load parameters and vibrationparameters on the broken relationship between the energy consumption. Based on fractal method,building relationships between crushing power and fractal dimension. Paper main research results:(1)According plate-roll crushing required to study the working principle and basic structure ofvibration plate-roll crushing machine. The method based on Strain Gauge-Sensor-PC design a setof crushing energy consumption detection device, established the energy consumption ofvibration crushing experiment platform.(2)On the basis of three typical ore vibration crushing experiments, on the internalrelationship between fractal dimension and the size of broken ore, ore characteristics, crushingmethods etc, establish fractal model of particle mass distribution. Through comparative analysis,get the fractal dimension D can be used as one of particle crushing effect evaluation index,quantitative description of graded distribution after crushing.(3)With spindle speed, amplitude, plate roll gap and the discharge parameters such as particlesize for single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, get the influence of parameters ontrend of crushing energy consumption. (4)Range, index and regression analysis of the orthogonal experimental results, get theinternal relationship of spindle speed, amplitude, the size of the plate roll gap and feed particle size,and to find the optimum range of these parameters.(5)Combined with the experimental results and quality of particle size distribution fractalmodel, Based on the fractal method, based on the energy balance, analysis the relationship betweenthe crushing energy consumption and fracture fractal dimension.Through the above work shows, this study provide effective theoretical support to the designmethod of high frequency vibration crushing equipment technology research and combinationprocess cost control.
