In the traditional rubber production, mainly rely on manpower to complete the rubberconveying pipeline of each link, that not only requires more labor, but also increasedthe cost of production process of rubber. Based on the structure and functional designof reclaimed rubber automatic production line, the introduction of belt conveyor in thewhole production process, conveying to complete the rubber between multiple open rubbermixing machine, greatly reduce the labor of artificial mixing, effectively improves theworking efficiency of mixing production line. This research mainly includes the importantcontent of the following aspects:According to the specific requirements of reclaimed rubber automatic productionline, speed active roller with open smelting machine, concrete structure and parameters ofthe belt conveyor is determined. According to knead smelting film srequiresdifferent times in open smelting machine, rocker conveyor designed according to actualneed, through access to relevant mechanical design manual,the structure parametersof rocker conveyor received specific. Because of the existence of the rockerarm, rocker conveyor belt length may be cyclical changes,aiming at this point, two cases toinvestigate the changes of the length of the belt and provides relevant solutions.Belt conveyor roller as a key part of the device, its structure and size directly affectsthe overall performance of the production process of belt conveyor. This article in viewof belt conveyor roller, the use of UG drawing software for the belt conveyor hoursof three-dimensional modeling in detail. In order to get the stress belt in actual work, forordinary flat belt to force analysis. Structural statics analysis usingANSYS Workbench software Static Structural module, in the process of finite elementanalysis simulation, simulation of belt conveyor roll eractual stress of roller, obtainedthe stress and strain and the overall strain nephogram. The analysis results based onstatic structure, using the nCode Designlife module of ANSYS Workbench software, on thefatigue of belt conveyor roller is verified, got damaged cloud distribution roller, once againproved the rationality of the structure design of roller size. Based on the finite element analysis of belt conveyor roller, verify the rollerfatigue reliability, reduce the whole reclaimed rubber automatic production linecost, improve production efficiency, this paper for the similar structure andfunction components of the design and provides important reference.
