With the continuous exploitation of Renlou mine, part of roadway surrounding rock of roadway, produce large deformation or damage, seriously affected normal mining working face. This article through the field survey to collect the article7of the geological conditions of roadway, supporting mode and supporting effect etc, comprehensive analysis and sums up the damage reason of the Renlou mine roadway. Clustering center of the calculated value, through constructing the membership function and calculation of monomial index fuzzy relationship matrix, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determine the Renlou mine stope stability classification of surrounding rock of roadway. Then using the FLAC3D to3kinds of supporting effect is numerically simulated under different support scheme, selecting the most rational support plan. The on-site engineering practice, the detection of the selected support scheme is accurate and reasonable.Research shows that, as a result of Renlou mine roadway, geological conditions and is affected by mining is different, different extraction roadway should adopt different ways of support. Through fuzzy cluster analysis was carried out on the7259machine lane, the roadway as part of the first Ⅳ roadway. Then carries on the numerical simulation study, by increasing the support strength can effectively control the deformation of the rock can guarantee the stability of roadway. Through the comparison of three simulation scheme of can know, in the second scheme supporting conditions, roadway deformation has been effectively controlled, roof and floor of roadway maximum nearer to168mm, maximum nearer to108mm of two sides of roadway, relative to the plan a support under the condition of deformation for get much smaller. Corner of the lane roadway roof of roadway and central part is the main stress concentration area, also is the key part of supporting. For some supporting difficult area, can use three support manners. Finally will support scheme, this paper in office building ore extraction roadway in engineering practice. Results show that the support scheme can well solve the problem of the field of supporting, the surrounding rock deformation of roadway are well control, meet the needs of roadway support for the future of Renlou mine, the geological conditions of extraction roadway surrounding rock governance may offer the reference basis.
