With the rapid development of computing technology, welding in the field of industrialautomation and intelligence were widely used.In the process of welding,due to the impact ofstrong light, smoke, arc, splash, and we cannot complete welding.So it brings such badinfluence so that the welding can’t go well and we cannot guarantee the quality andefficiency of welding well.So this topic is the study of the welding temperature field imageprocessing of weld recognition algorithm research, thus to realize the automatic trackingcontrol laid a good foundation.This subject adopts the model of CCD camera is H-3YH60CBG to collect video clipsof inside welding,and we use Visual Basic6.0programming language to design a videoimage for processing software. This program invokes the user32of API functions and DIBfunction,it can make smoothly playback video images,and can well increase the speed. Thesoftware program that provide a lot of convenience for the laboratory study on temperaturefield in image processing of weld recognition algorithm.This topic research is still in simulation software VB program, from the liaoyang daze,According to the characteristics of the welding temperature field, we design video image ofthe function of the static and dynamic processing.the main image processing methods aresharpening processing, diffusion processing, binarization processing and edge detectionalgorithm, This paper uses segmented binary processing temperature field on the back of theweld will be processed into white arc zone, and then calculate the arc on both sides of theblack zone area, calculate the temperature field symmetry weld, and makes the process ofpicture looking like more clear and well find the position of weld.According to the result of simulation shows that, through the simulation programbroadcast from the scene to AVI video recording, image processing speed becomes fast, thesimulation of the effect is clear and fluent, we can see the welding temperature field in themiddle of the weld clearly.
