Mine workface stopping is a complex manufacturing system of coal mining enterprises,its being of great scientific significance to apply three-dimensional visualization and virtual reality to re-job training for new employees and production management. Against intricate production technology of fully-mechanized mining face stopping work,this article takes intensive study on the key technologies and theoretical value of mine virtual simulation system from the perspective of economic and safe production of departure.,designing and developing corresponding virtual production simulation system which has great strong practical value and popularization meaning,achieving the function such as mine simulation roaming, production process simulation, safety education and training, mine intelligent management and disaster model simulation and so on. The main research conclusions are as follows.1.In combination with the ideal of the object-oriented software design program,from the immersion, interaction and imagination of the virtual reality technology,analysed and designed the structure for the virtual production simulation system of full-mechanized mining face, put forward a kind of design and development process of virtual production simulation system adapts to production management and teaching and training in mine.2.To achieve the goal such as industrial square, roadway, mining machinery equipment and virtual miner,work face simulation production technology or other3D simulation model and production technology in the virtual simulate scene, proposed a constructing idea of model classification and assembly creation. At the same time,discussed the visual scene modeling and rendering optimization technology of the mine production virtual simulation system to advance its importing and rendering speed.3.In order to realize the interactive experience in the virtual simulation system, improved and devised a new algorithm based on the study of mine virtual simulation model collision detection algorithm.Moreover,we made the detection become true and valued its validity.4.Analyzed the design system and structure characteristics of Converse3D, introduces its developer dashboard and basic function.With the help of3D MAX, finished the baking and introduction of mine production simulation system of virtual scene model, designed the navigation and camera management module.This virtual simulation mine production system has high compression via the software function pressure test,using the "virtual scene model dynamic loading" package release mode and connecting its users’ characteristics.
