As the mining engineering constantly to the development of deep, Engineering geological problems of soft rock has been plagued by safety production in China’s western coal mine, especially on the western mining area of Mesozoic loose, weak cementation, easy to weathering, low expansion, water softening this kind of geological conditions of the stability of tunneling and mining working face is still lack of reliable basis. Therefore, carries on the analysis and evaluation of soft rock roadway surrounding rock stability of the study area, thus providing an important reference for reasonable exploitation of deep supporting design and resources.Based on the study of the ore area hydrology engineering geological conditions, rock physical mechanics characteristics and the lithology of rocks and micro components, which the area of soft rock characteristics are analyzed. Combines the actual conditions of surface, shaft and tunnel engineering geological investigation, Clearly the main control roadway deformation instability characteristics and influence of the mine soft rock roadway surrounding rock stability factor:namely due to mine soft rock diagenetic age of late, rock maturity is low, soft rock contains a large number of clay minerals and other hydrophilic substance, rock in water conditions make the strength weakening sharply, resulting in the deformation of surrounding rock instability, respectively, using the set pair theory, BP neural network and grey correlation degree of methods to mine3typical soft rock roadway surrounding rock stability evaluation are carried out, showing that the evaluation methods of mine soft rock roadway:in the case of water softening ago, belongs to the fundamental stability.On this basis, using FLAC3D software, a comparative analysis of seepage and no seepage, softening and not to soften, supporting and non supporting of soft rock roadway supporting program of surrounding rock after excavation of stress, plastic zone, displacement variation, numerical simulation scheme comparison analysis showed that:the soft rock roadways under the condition of seepage in water softening and aggravate the plastic damage of surrounding rock of different level, but the water on the stability of surrounding rock are the main factors affecting the weakening effect of soft rock mechanics, and the support of effective control of the softening rock seepage caused damage. Numerical simulation of soft rock roadway under the guidance of the aquifer of excavation and support provides certain scientific basis, have certain reference significance.
