| There is the bigger difference with field mixed explosive and regular packedexplosive blasting parameters, the selection of reasonable blasting parameters influentthe blasting effect and economic benefits. Therefore, researching the blastingparameters of the field mixed loading emulsion explosive, and using the numericalsimulation method to conclude the optimal blasting parameters with appropriate to therock properties, which has great significance to the large-scale popularization and thefield mixed explosive development.The paper combine theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineeringpractice to optimize the blasting parameters of the field mixed loading emulsionexplosive. obtain the following main conclusions:(1) The calculation model of mixed loading emulsion explosive blastingfragmentation is built by the knowledge of explosion dynamics. By the theoreticalcalculation, the calculation formula of blasting fragmentation is obtained.(2) combining the field mixed loading emulsion explosive blasting engineeringpractice to analyze the influenced factors of the mixed loading emulsion explosiveblasting effect, based on the BP neural network theory to optimize the field mixedloading emulsion explosive blasting parameters. Using the neural network model ofMatlab software, input test datas to the neural network model and acquire error ofneural network model is within1.5%. Calculating the optimal blasting parameters ofthree kinds of ore-bearing rock (limestone, tuff, phosphorite) used the mixed loadingemulsion explosive, which can used to guide the blasting operation.(3) Based on the BP neural network model, get the optimized blasting parametersof the mixed loading emulsion explosive, established the finite element model with themixed loading emulsion explosive. Through the numerical simulation analysis, studyingthe failure characteristics of the rock near the free surface and hole, find that theexplosion stress wave superposition can increase the maximum principal stress of therock, which is benefit to crush the rock. The numerical simulation results further verifythe reliability of the optimized blasting parameters, and adopting " wide hole andnarrow row spacing" is feasible. |
