TNT is a stable organic pollutants that can persist in the environment, TNT ammunitiondisposal wastewater is the way in the use of high temperature and high pressure water jetempty charge of waste water produced in the process of projectile, its characteristic is highchromaticity, high toxicity and difficult to biodegrade, TNT exists in the environment canbring great harm to the ecological environment, soil, river basin and the function of the humanhealth.Therefore, study of TNT ammunition disposal wastewater degradation technique, issignificant for ecological protection and human health.Based on TNT ammunition disposal wastewater as the research object, Uses electricsolutions, TiO2photocatalytic oxidation, Fenton, iron carbon micro electrolysis, electric-Fenton method respectively to preliminary study of the degradation, combined with thetreatment effect, reaction mechanism and degradation of cost and other some factors,ultimately determine the best treatment method for electric-Fenton method, and in-depthresearch.And obtained using DSA (titanium base active oxide coating electrode) electricity-Fenton technology of the wastewater degradation, technology is simple and practical, goodtreatment effect, costs are within the acceptable range, rarely make the news at home andabroad on the electrolysis method.The main research of this article content is:(1) Using electrolytic process,TiO2photocatalytic oxidation, Fenton, iron carbon micro electrolysis, electric-Fenton method todegradation the wastewater, determine the best treatment scheme for electricity-Fentonmethod.(2) For electricity-Fnton method, through the single factor experiment, the variousfactors: voltage (U), plate spacing(D), initial pH, H2O2dosing quantity (M) and n(Fe2+)/n(H2O2)molar ratio, reaction time(T)effect on effluent CODcrremoval rate.(3)The experimentalconditions are optimized by the orthogonal experiment, the optimal processing under theeffect of process conditions, and it is concluded that the influence of various factors ontreatment effect size order.(4) For electricity-Fenton degradation of TNT, the response of theammunition destruction of waste water dynamics analysis, it is concluded that the reaction kinetics of reaction series, set up the mathematical model of chemical reaction kinetics, and a yuan of nonlinear regression analysis.(5)For electricity-degradation of TNT ammunition disposal wastewater by Fenton process for cost analysis and the degradation mechanism research.(1)In electrolytic process,TiO2photocatalytic oxidation,Fenton,iron carbon micro electrolysis-Fenton method, electric-Fenton method is best suited for the wastewater treatment.(2)The best conditions to choose-Fenton method for degradation of TNT ammunition disposal wastewater:U=8V, D=lcm, initial pH=3,M(H2O2)=0.0916mol/L, T=4h n(Fe2+)/n(H2O2)=1:30.Under this condition, the indicators of wastewater effluent is:the CODcr removal rate was86.85%, the chroma removal rate was98.8%, the residual ammonia nitrogen content is1.7mg/L, water pH=6, TNT content is0.4mg/L.All above these indexes are measured by national standard method, both of the GB14470.3-2011national ammunition loading industrial water pollutant discharge standard "secondary standard, can discharge.(3)The various influence factors of TNT ammunition disposal wastewater treatment effect size according to the influence degree from high to low is:reaction time (T)>H2O2dosing quantity (M)> n(Fe2+)/n(H2O2) mole ratio> initial pH.Optimum process parameters is4h of the reaction time, Fe2+/H2O2mole ratio to1:30, H2O2dosing quantity in0.0916mol/L (M), the initial pH=3.(4) The electric-Fenton method of the reaction of the degradation of TNT ammunition destruction of waste water in accordance with the secondary reaction kinetics, the mathematical model of chemical reaction kinetics is:The reaction is a yuan of nonlinear regression analysis, finally after secondary attenuation equation of fitting the equation as follows:The correlation coefficient R2=0.99771, close to1.(5) Through the electric-Fenton method of cost analysis of ammunition destruction of TNT wastewater treatment process, draw ammunition to destroy every tons of TNT wastewater treatment cost is215yuan.(6) By GC-MS temperament linkage meter in negative ionization mode to detect wastewater in different periods, can be roughly concluded that the degradation of TNT inwastewater: a. under the effect of electrochemical reduction, nitro (-NO2) into nitroso (-NO),and then into hydroxyl amino (-NHOH) and finally converted into amino group (NH2).B.methyl groups are occurring in the process of electricity-Fenton oxidation by· OH, generatealcohol-based (-CH2OH);And then continue to be oxidized into aldehyde (-CHO) andcarboxylic acids (-COOH) group, continue to be oxidized to phenol.C. end chain reaction ofbenzene ring, generated containing carboxyl and aldehyde group, among the long chain aminoorganic products, and then continue to be mine into a short chains of organic matter, and thefinal degradation to CO2and H2O and small molecule organic compounds.This topic using DSA anode-Fenton method to deal with TNT ammunition destructionof wastewater, the operation is simple, low cost, no secondary pollution, provides a kind ofgreen environmental protection for the degradation of the wastewater treatment.
