In the thesis, the environment-friendly tert-butylamine, which has a good prospect, were synthesized by isobutylene and NH3.It is focused on the study of the synthesis route of terf-butylamine over HZP-II catalyst. The affecting factors on amination were investigated, such as space velocity, reaction temperature, the ratio of ammonia to isobutene. In addition, the life of HZP-II catalyst was assessed. Under optical condition s:reaction pressure5MPa, reaction temperature260℃, isobutene space veloc ity450h-1, mole ratio of ammonia to isobutene1.5-3.0:1, the reaction time more than2000h, the conversion of isobutene and selectivity of tert-butylam ine could be up to10.2%and99%. The result was showed that it achieves the concept of amination over lower temperature. The synthesis technology reachend advanced level in the same industry.Finally, the tert-butylamine project of annual10thousand tons was designed on basis of these conditions parameters. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the data by simulating the thermal load, then the concept of exchanger integrated was got and preparation process of tert-butylamine was optimized through it. Based on this process, making a calculation on the equipments and achieved their technical specifications.It is shown that the proposed method meets the concept of green chemistry, environment-friendly, green process.
