The continuous casting mould have a two-way taper square bore, which are flat andcamper, and the inner surface is Ni-Co alloy plating layer. In this thesis, in connectionwith the characteristics and processing requirements of the shaped cavity mould,determines the processing methods, researches and develops a dedicated CNC machinetools.The paper is also making a careful planning about the principle of movement anddesigning the whole structure for the special machine, which including thetransmission system, the servo feed system, the tool cutting systems, machine toolrotation system. takes use of Solidworks to make a modeling for the structure.discusses the process of finite element analysis about the core component of themachine-tool cutting system by the use of Ansys software; In the use of NURBS curveinterpolation control algorithm, conducts the dynamic simulation and error analysis tothe interpolation process through Matlab software; determine the types andspecification of cutting tools, arrange the processing crafts; design electricalschematics and develop the corresponding control program.Based on study and design, the machining precision and the production efficiencyhave been improved effectively. Low investment, high return, provides a theoreticalbasis for an effective follow-up study, with good marketing value.
