| In recent years, fluorescent probe is widely used in many field, because of a series ofadvantages are favored by many researchers, such as high specificity and selectivity as well asthe operations are simple, quick and so on. In this paper, we synthesized three fluorescentprobes were used to detect Sn4+, and F-, and the properties of these probes were studied. In the second chapter, a novel fluorescent compound,7-diethylamino-3-(2′-(1H-imidazo[4,5b]phenazine)yl) coumarin (DLIPC), was synthesized and used as a fluorescentprobe for detecting tin (IV) ion. Upon addition into Sn4+ion solution, it exhibited aconsiderable red-shift in its absorption spectrum and a decrease in fluorescence spectrum. TheSn4+selective response was clearly observed by color changing. In the third chapter, the synthesis of the two BODIPY-based fluorescent probe used todetect the F-. Two probes were dissolved in acetonitrile-water (1/1.v/v) mixed solution, whenthe concentration of F-is gradually increased, both fluorescent probe showed the UVabsorption and fluorescence intensity are reduced, besides, a color change occurssimultaneously, the color change can be clearly observed by the naked eye. |
