As the rapid development of modern economy, the usage amount of heavymetal is much bigger, make the production of heavy metal increased, and resultin heavy metal pollution increasingly serious. Mining area pollution hasbecome a hot research problem of international scholars. Tongling is one ofimportant copper production areas in China with a long history. But in theprocess of large-scale mining waste takes up a lot of land, buried biologicalcommunity in the reservoir area, make a wide range of severely contaminatedsoil, water and air. Local farmers in places such as phoenix mountain tailingscovering planting or direct planting medicinal plants Paeonia ostii, but as amedicinal phoenix Dan high heavy metal content in the body, not only affectthe growth of Paeonia ostii and the quality of cortex moutan, will harm humanbody health. Therefore, the heavy metal pollution of soil tailings problem needsto be solved.Chlorophytum comosum in Liliaceae, is a common kind of ornamentalplants, which has strong adaptability to environment and patience to a varietyof heavy metals, it has great vitality, reproduce prolifically and environmentaladaptability. In addition, Chlorophytum comosum do not require much sunshine,it is not tall. And Paeonia ostii is heliophyte, need plenty of sunshine, it’s tallerthan Chlorophytum comosum. Chlorophytum comosum is not overlap with thePaeonia ostii, they wouldn’t compete for resources together. Therefore, thispaper studied the effects of aqueous extract of different tissues from Paeoniaostii on the growth and the concentration of heavy metals of Chlorophytumcomosum that planted on the soil polluted by different concentration of heavymetal, also studied the effect on soil enzymatic activity and microbial biomass, mainly to the following conclusion: (1)Under the condition of copper pollution, the aqueous extract of rootbark have a significantly inhibitory effect on the growth of Chlorophytumcomosum, much stronger than the aqueous extract of stem or the aqueousextract of leaf. The aqueous extracts of Paeonia ostii have different effect onthe concentration of Chlorophytum comosum. The aqueous extracts of root barkhave a significant inhibitory effect on the concentration of Chlorophytumcomosum. The aqueous extract of stem don’t have significantly effect onChlorophytum comosum, the aqueous extract of leaf can promote theconcentration of Chlorophytum comosum. Under the condition of highconcentration of copper pollution, the aqueous extract of leaf can do somethingto restore the pollution. The aqueous extract of stem can promote the growth ofactinomycetes, but inhibit the bacteria and fungi. The aqueous extract of leafand the aqueous extracts of root bark have a significant inhibitory on themicrobial biomass. And the aqueous extracts of root bark have the mostsignificant inhibitory on the microbial biomass. The aqueous extract of stemand the aqueous extract of leaf have a promotion on the activity of catalase andsucrase, but inhibit urease and phophatase. The aqueous extracts of root barkinhibit all this four soil enzyme.(2)Under the condition of cadmium pollution, the aqueous extract ofroot bark have most significant inhibitory effect on the growth ofChlorophytum comosum, the aqueous extract of stem and the aqueous extract ofleaf also have the inhibition on the growth of Chlorophytum comosum. Theaqueous extract of Paeonia ostii can increase the degree of tissue damage, reduce chlorophyll content and destroy the plant antioxidant enzyme system inChlorophytum comosum. Thereinto, the aqueous extract of root bark make themost serious damage on Chlorophytum comosum, the aqueous extract of stemget the second place, and the aqueous extract of leaf get Chlorophytumcomosum the slightest hurt. The aqueous extracts of root bark have the mostsignificant inhibitory effect on the concentration of Chlorophytum comosum. The aqueous extract of stem don’t significantly effect on Chlorophytumcomosum, the aqueous extract of leaf can inhibit the concentration ofChlorophytum comosum. The aqueous extract of Paeonia ostii have significant inhibition of microbial biomass, the aqueous extract of stem and the aqueousextract of leaf have similar effect on the microbial biomass, less than theaqueous extract of root bark. The aqueous extract of stem and the aqueousextract of leaf have a promotion on the activity of catalase and sucrase, butinhibit urease and phophatase. The aqueous extracts of root bark inhibit all thisfour soil enzyme.(3)Under the condition of plumbum pollution, the aqueous extract of rootbark have significantly inhibitory effect on the growth of Chlorophytumcomosum, much stronger than the aqueous extract of stem or the aqueousextract of leaf which don’t have significant effect on the growth ofChlorophytum comosum. The aqueous extract of Paeonia ostii can increase thedegree of tissue damage, reduce chlorophyll content and destroy the plantantioxidant enzyme system in Chlorophytum comosum. Thereinto, the aqueousextract of root bark make the most serious damage on Chlorophytum comosum, the aqueous extract of stem get the second place, and the aqueous extract ofleaf get Chlorophytum comosum the slightest hurt. The aqueous extracts ofPaeonia ostii inhibit the concentration of Chlorophytum comosum in varyingdegrees. The aqueous extracts of root bark have the most significant inhibitoryeffect on the concentration of Chlorophytum comosum. The aqueous extract ofstem rank only second to inhibitory effect on the concentration ofChlorophytum comosum, and the aqueous extract of leaf have the least effect. The aqueous extract of Paeonia ostii have significant inhibition of microbialbiomass, the aqueous extract of stem and the aqueous extract of leaf havesimilar effect on the microbial biomass, less than the aqueous extract of rootbark. The aqueous extracts of stem have a promotion on the activity of sucrase, but inhibit catalase, Urease and phophatase. The aqueous extract of root barkand the aqueous extract of leaf inhibit all this four soil enzyme. Thereinto, theaqueous extract of root bark have a stronger inhibitory than the aqueous extractof leaf and the aqueous extract of stem do.
