Eco-recovery of vegetation, which is regarded as economical, secure and sustainable technology has been the significant strategy of recovering chemical oriented atmospheric pollution.Choosing a rural plant-Populus tomentosa used in Shandong district which is anti-pollution and has strong capability of absorbing pollutant and sampling in polluted area of Compound pollution of SO2-Pb, researchers engage in T-test, relative analyze and main ingredients analyze for the changes of some these leaves related biochemical index such as Protective Enzyme Systems, reactive oxygen species etc and explore the reasons why Populus tomentosa has such an active capability to resist and absorb Compound pollution of SO2-Pb in order to reveal the mechanism of Populus tomentosa to respond Compound pollution of SO2-Pb. Such researches will accumulate trial indexes for improving eco-recovering functions of plants and provide elementary theoretical basis for nurturing plants that has powerful force to resist pollutant.Conclusion for the research indicates:1. Obvious differences exist in Chlorophyll content of Populus tomentosa, APX active and content of free amino acids in condition of Compound pollution of SO2-Pb and comparing with T-test (P<0.05);2. MDA contents and content of soluble protein obviously has negative relation. Rate of protein content and superoxide anion has positive relation.(POD active and APX active obviously has negative relation and has positive relation with the rate of superoxide anion (P <0.05);3. Adopting Exp pattern Fitting between MDA and soluble sugar, and Boltzmann Pattern between APX and superoxide anion, POD and superoxide anion, POD and APX, the prediction will be premium and its relations increase obviously;4. In first main ingredients, the load of protein content and POD active is tiptop. In second main ingredients, the content load of soluble sugar and superoxide anion is tiptop. In third main ingredients, the content load of free amino acids is tiptop; 5. Aiming to direct injury and indirect injury of cell and activating the system of Anti-oxidative Enzyme, Populus tomentosa disposes active oxygen and utlizes micro biological molecule(soluble sugar, soluble protein, free amino acids) to recover and stabilize injured cell membrane system;6.
