With the high-speed development of the modern social life, the increasing ofenergy demand, especially the consumption of coal, makes our country graduallybecame a big importers from a coal production power. Large energy consumption onthe one hand, reflects the sustainable development of economy, but on the other handhas brought serious pollution to the environment. Especially in recent yearsabsorbability of atmospheric particles PM10of haze weather resulting in decreasedair quality, the influence of ecological environment, brings greater harm to human’shealth. There is a lot of source of absorbability particles in the air, but as coal dustproduced by combustion of coal in industrial district also occupies a large proportion.As a result, the stand or fall of coal-fired boiler dust removal technology andequipment is also a range of influence to atmospheric particles pollution of theenvironment index.This article is taking the reconstruction project of coal mine in Handan fengfengarea as an example, the dust removal system were redesigned. Through coal mine hastransformed the original10t chain boiler for10t circulating fluidized bed boilerheating. Due to the use of inferior coal, the amount of air flow and smoke had a verybig enhancement, the effect on the boiler flue gas dust removal is not so good. Inorder to make the new modification of the boiler can normally work in the heatingperiod, we need to reconstruct its original water film dust removal system to reachnational discharge standards of environmental protection department.Because the original water film dust remover is a wet dust collection, this paperinvestigates a wet dust removal mechanism, and combines with theoretical foundationfor dust removal system design modification. Transformation of the body is on thebasis of the raw water film dust remover to add venturi dust collector androtating-stream tray, realizing multi-stage dedusting. Finally, transformed dustremoval system for smoke test, is measured concentration of flue gas and calculatedthe dust removal efficiency. Based on the research of the wet precipitator, canefficiently solve the pollution problem of the boiler after the reform, but also providethe demonstration of reference to other industrial furnace transformation.
