Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy has significant advantage and broad market potential which is soft magnetic materials with very low iron loss and low noise and as core for the high-speed motor, high-frequency transformers and converters. Recrystallization texture is an important factor in the impact of high energy magnetic silicon steel, it will significantly increase the soft magnetic properties of high silicon along the rolling direction, if oriented high silicon steel can obtain n fiber texture through the whole body by optimizing texture. So far, except Japan and South Korea can get the kinds of materials in the laboratory, there is no commercial production of oriented silicon steel products internationally, as well, our country does not have the technology to manufacture the material. In this paper, rolling0.26mm and0.33mm oriented high silicon thin steel which contains CU2S and NbC as inhibitors.Hot rolling and cold rolling has little effect on the evolution of texture. Under different NbC content:Hot-rolled microstructure and texture of orientated high silicon steel, coarse grains on the subsurface stratum, fine grain on the center layer and strong Goss texture near the surface, strong{001}<110> fiber texture near the center layer, are gradient distribution along the plate thickness. Hot-rolled microstructure and texture develop into strong a and y fibers after one cold rolling and a fiber texture which near the center layer will significantly increase. Gradient distribution along the plate thickness will significantly decrease after intermediate annealing, the species have evolved to Goss fiber texture completely and the Goss fiber texture visibly decreased compared with hot rolling texture; strong y fiber which the peak is{111}<112> is developed after the secondary cold rolling.NbC content has an distinct effect on the evolution of oriented high silicon steel thin sheet microstructure and through the process of primary and secondary Recrystallization: Primary recrystallized grain size significantly decreases with the increasing of NbC content; The secondary recrystallization of high silicon steel sheet only occur with appropriate NbC content, and the grains of the abnormal growth of secondary recrystallization are primarily (<001>//RD) oriented grains. The secondary recrystallization starting temperature is950℃, and basically complete on1150℃.Oriented silicon steel high carbon content of secondary recrystallization adverse before decarburization annealing temperature annealing is not difficult for the occurrence of secondary recrystallizattion. Carbon content will make secondary recrystallization difficult to occur, it will not occur secondary recrystallization, if decarburization annealing is not taken before the annealing treatment of high temperature.
