In recent years, due to the short process, rapid solidification and other uniquetechnological advantage the attention of cast-rolling plate technology in the steel andnon-ferrous metals industry are increasing and become a wider range of applications.The trend of cast-rolling plate is also being thinner and wider, so the quality ofcast-rolling plate is required to be a higher lever. In the cast-rolling process, castingroller operating in complex conditions, under the condition process parameters willhave a big impact on casting roller curve. Because the roller direct contact with themolten metal, undertake the impact of casting deformation and uneven thermalexpansion, so the casting roller sleeve curve changes will affect the quality of thecasting plate to a great extent.In this paper two questions are mainly discussed, one is the change of sleevecurve under the influence of different pouring temperature and casting pressure act oncasting roller, the other is the change of sleeve curve under the influence of differentpouring temperature and casting pressure both act on casting roller. ANSYS finiteelement analysis software is used, and static and dynamic methods are all adopted,handle and solve when the machine cast a thin and broad plate, the influence when thepouring temperature and casting pressure act on casting roller. When simulating,pouring temperature and casting pressure as a boundary condition. Fist, the roller-dimensional plane model is established to analyze different nodes temperature;second, a three-dimensional solid model is established to explore the reasons for thetrend of roller sleeve only produced by casting pressure and pouring temperature, thenexplore the reasons for the trend of roller sleeve when both of them act on the roller.According to the simulation results, contrast, analysis and summarize the rollersleeve curve trend under casting pressure and pouring temperature. provide atheoretical foundation to set process parameters and provide a improve design ofcooling system to cast-rolling.
