| Abstract:The unproducing reserves of Wuqi oil production plant is of large scale, andmost of which are of low abundance, thin reservoir and poor reservoir physical properties, soit is very difficult to develop such field with conventional wells. Horizontal well technologyhas the advantages of big single well controlled reserves and effective development with fewerwells which can realize the target of development of this part of low abundance of reserves,than it can improve the single well production and reduce production cost greatly.Whether the horizontal wells in low-permeability reservoir development succeed, thefracturing technology of horizontal well is the key point. In this paper, aimed to the reservoirsimulation technology of low permeability, the fracturing technology of horizontal well whichis suitable for the Wuqi low-permeability oil field is found, ased on the actual situation ofErdos Basin, combined with the Wuqi oil production plant of horizontal well geology,engineering experience and stimulation with studying well pattern arrangement, horizontalwell drilling and completion technology and hydraulic fracturing and other measures. Throughthe research, the development effect of9fractured wells are noted obviously, at the beginningof operation, the average oil production of single well is21.5tons, the average daily output ofsingle well is8.7tons which achieve the desired objectives.The practice of high efficient mining of fractured horizontal wells in low permeability ofWuqi oil plant shows that horizontal well can achieve effective development of low abundanceof reserves, so as to improve the single well production, improve development efficiency, andpromote the efficiency and sustainable development of low permeability reservoirs of Wuqi oilproduction plant. |
