The thesis studied the effect of process conditions of immobilized lipase-catalyzedesterification deacidification, diethanolamine deacidification, and alkaline deacidification onthe content of oryzanol, and the removal rate of the FFA in rice bran oil,using the crude ricebran oil as the raw material.Also, the process of diethanolamine deacidification, and alkalinedeacidification was optimized by Response Surface Software to explore the processconditions for rice bran oil chemical deacidification,and was compared to explore the bestdeacidification of rice bran oil.The main conclusions were as follows:Studying the effect of catalyzing esterification deacidification on the content of oryzanol,and the removal rate of the FFA in rice bran oil by Lipozyme RM IM, Lipozyme TL IM andLipozym435.The process parameters included enzyme dosage, amount of glycerol,temperature, reaction time,the response indicators were the content of oryzanol and the FFAremoval rate. After comparison, the results indicated that the best lipase which is the mostsuitable for catalyzing esterification is Lipozyme RM IM.Under the optimum conditions, thecontent of oryzanol reached1.61%, the removal rate of FFA reached93.11%.Studying the effect of diethanolamine deacidification on the content of oryzanol, and theremoval rate of the FFA in rice bran oil through single factor experiment and ResponseSurface Software. The process parameters included the amount of diethanolamine,temperature, stirring intensity, the response indicators were the content of oryzanol and theFFA removal rate. The regression equation of the oryzanol content and FFA removal rate wereestablished.The influence factors affecting the oryzanol content of rice bran oil, as well as theFFA removal rate were compared. The results showed that the optimum conditions werereaction temperature40℃, the amount of diethanolamine5.57%, reaction time12min; Underthe conditions, two parallel experiments were studied, the actual mean content of oryzanolwas1.24%, the actual mean removal rate of FFA was92.69%. The residual content ofdiethanolamine in the rice bran oil of deacidification by High Performance LiquidChromatography (HPLC) was zero (not detected).Studying the effect of alkaline deacidification on the content of oryzanol, and theremoval rate of the FFA in rice bran oil through single factor experiment and ResponseSurface Software. The influence factors included additional amount of alkali, alkalineconcentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, the response indicators were the content oforyzanol and the FFA removal rate. The regression equation of the oryzanol content and FFA removal rate were established.The influence factors affecting the oryzanol content of rice branoil, as well as the FFA removal rate were compared. The results showed that the optimumconditions were reaction temperature57℃, alkaline concentration20°Bé, reaction time10min;. Under the conditions, two parallel experiments were studied, the actual mean content oforyzanol was0.86%, the actual mean removal rate of FFA was99.54%.
