| As the requirement of environment protection improve, only if the feed coal conveying system’s equipment of large and medium enterprise were updated and optimized in time, they could meet the booming development’s requirement. It is significant to improve the working environment to reduce the probability of occupational disease such as pneumoconiosis.At one coal chemical corporation in Shandong province, we made a measurement and analysis about the percentage of the dust in the air of coal conveying system, and found that it was10times the standards10mg/m3in the GBZ1. With this to be the background, this article aimed at investigating how the dust comes into being and how to control or treat it. In this article, we achieve the goal of lower the percentage of dust to under5mg/m3to reach the standards of the GBZ1,by the means of optimization design on the PLC system of coal wheel-feeder, belt conveyor, transfer station, precipitator, and the assist of measuring monitoring system and video monitoring system. |
