With the rapid development of China’s iron and steel industry, water saving and emission reduction is imminent. In recent years, as the energy supply tension, rising oil and coal prices substantially, energy consumption industry steps into industrial structure adjustment state, and the cost is very competitive. On the one hand, a large number of industrial wastewater after biochemical treatment still cannot satisfy the need of emission standard. The sludge after biochemical treatment can’t be disposed effectivly and can only be shipped to landfill, this only caused serious secondary pollution. On the other hand, the industry low temperature waste heat, especially iron and steel industry can not reasonable use of low temperature waste heat, a lot of about200℃flue gas direct emission into the atmosphere.The topic from the steel mill waste heat recycling, and the perspective of industrial wastewater treatment, in various iron and steel industry process of waste heat and industrial wastewater as the research object. Based on the theory of system, I made a large amount of waste water distillation experiment to find suitable for steel mill waste heat recycling and different factors affecting the effects of wastewater treatment model for theoretical analysis and experimental research.(1).The experiment for steel mill waste heat to produce parts with the quantity of produce are analyzed, and put forward the improvement scheme of flue gas waste heat recovery.(2). Wastewater used into experiment come from Ansteel. The department each link of the wastewater generated nodes are analyzed water quality were tested for different inorganic salt ions in the wastewater are analyzed, and put forward reasonable suggestions or recycling.(3).The experiment simulated low temperature evaporation heat treatment of industrial wastewater is a large number of experiments. According to different influence factors, made a relatively complete experiment, the evaporation treatment effect better conclusions.(4).For the low grade waste heat resources of iron and steel industry to find reasonable users, not only save a large amount of energy, but also reduces the wastewater treatment costs and reduce the negative impact of the traditional treatment is easy to cause secondary pollution.(5).In the wastewater of Ansteel as an example, the simulation using low temperature heat source heating evaporation pickling waste liquor, recycling the valuable industrial products FeCl2and dilute hydrochloric acid. It has a certain economic benefits.(6).Through the experiment, the use of stainless steel pickling waste liquor preparation FeCl2-4H2O crystallization conditions factors. The impurity ions in the control condition and simple removal process to some extent make up for the deficiency of the pickling waste liquor treatment.
