Steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production process in the upstream of the iron and steel production, a key link in the iron and steel production, its production process with high-temperature, continuous, real-time requirements, along with the physical and chemical changes, uncertainties and other characteristics. In the course of production logistics process is mainly the transport process of molten steel, which usually completed by the crane. Therefore, crane scheduling for steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production logistics flow and production efficiency plays a vital role.The crane scheduling of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production process requires taking into account the time and space constraints, which is hard to solve. Therefore, the current steel-making plant production process generally ignored the impact of the crane scheduling running on production scheduling and fewer consider the crane scheduling problem.This paper research on crane scheduling problem for equipments layout of a domestic steel-making plant. The main work is as follows:1) This paper briefly reviewed crane scheduling and related fields of research. And it analyzes the characteristics of crane scheduling;2) Optimization model of the crane static scheduling problems based on the steel-making plan and designed genetic algorithm to solve the problem which is based on crane characteristics;3) Taking into account the actual production process uncertainties, crane dynamic scheduling method of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production process based on priority rules;4) Using actual production data and steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production process simulation system for the above models and algorithms to solve the problem and make an experiment. The results indicate that the model and algorithm are effective. The proposed model, algorithms and rules for improving the crane operation efficiency of steelmaking-refining-continuous casting production process and reducing the station waiting for the molten steel has great reference value. |
