| The wheel dressing of the numerical mold grinding machine is a very complicated and diffcult technology. Many problems, including low efficency and long invalid process time etc., exist in current grinding wheel dressing system based on offline measurement results of workpieces. Aim at solving these problems, this dissertation studies the wheel dressing system of the MK8612numerical gringding machine (takes Siemens840D as the operational platform) based on online measuring technology. This new-fashioned dressing machine can finish the division of the working control table, grinding head and the workpiece; give the feed of2-axis numerical dresser and make the process of dressing, compensate and grinding automatically. The new system greatly improves the grinding efficiency and the workpiece accuracy, and solves series problems of numerical mold grinding in Shanghai Machine Tool Works LTD. The main content of the dissertation are as follows.(1) Analyses the principle of wheel dressing system of MK8612numerical mold grinding machine based on the online measuring control, and develops the overall design scheme.(2) The work in this dissertation gives the data sampling and interpolation method to calculate the elevation curve of each tooth after the new coordinates of the points accuratele when the tailstock of the broach grinder raises a certain amount. In the case of deviation measuring of the standard involute tooth, the algrithm is very valid to settle the question of confieming the beginning position of measure. It has been approved feasible.(3) Design and realization for the control system of the wheel dressing system based on Siemens840D. Introduces the control system characteristics and the component, the conection of840D, settings of PLC to realize data collection and the application of PROFIBUS-DP.(4) Using the special Siemens development software OEM, this work finishes the secondary development of design features based on user demand for flexible, screen-rich applications on the840D CNC system. |
