| This paper illustrates the risk assessment and evaluation concepts and control methods which recognized as a major part of project rsik management system. During development of automotive encapsulation safety glass for SGM CD16J project, according to the unique technology of encapsulation and special performance and aesthetic requirement of automotive safety glass, work structure model was developed, then followed with a full-life cycle risk identification of a comprehensive recognition as to finalize development risk evaluation index system, aiming to improve the automotive encapsulation safety glass risk evaluation and control theory. By making full study and thorough application of project risk management system in special field, the success rate of development of automotive encapsulation safety glass has been lifted and what’s more important the risk management level also has been enhanced. |
