This article focuses on project financial evaluation and national economic analysis for the paper (paper aluminum composite) aseptic filling production line of H company. In this paper a lot of data collected, based on items in financial statements of paper aluminum composite aseptic filling line, after calculation of the project each financial index and national economic evaluation of financial indicators, the project carried out a detailed financial analysis of the profitability, solvency analysis, and uncertainty analysis. Through data analysis, elaborated the project economic evaluation and investment value. Finally the conclusion is that, no matter in an angle of financial evaluation and national economic evaluation perspective, the project has a good return on investment and other financial indicators, the profitability of a project, project debt repayment period is short, with better investment value.
